Abstract |
The article is devoted to legal
regulation of the liability of servicemen for
administrative and disciplinary offences in
accordance with the laws of Ger- many. The article
analyzes the main sources of military law in Germany,
pro- vides measures of legal enforcement applied to
military personnel who have committed offences, and
investigates norms of procedural law. The author
defines procedures in cases of offenses committed by
military servicemen of the armed forces of the
Federal Republic of Germany. The article analyzes
the reasons and procedures for appealing the
decisions taken in the framework of proceedings in
cases of offenses committed by military servicemen. |
