Abstract |
The concept of system of the legislation is
considered. The maintenance of the relations of
subordination in legislation system is stated. The
necessity and existence of the basic law for the
information legislation is reasoned. Problems of
compliance of special federal laws to the
fundamental federal law are investigated. |
