Abstract |
The article considers theoretical
issues of disciplinary and legal coercion of military personnel who have
committed an administrative offence. The author suggests the definition of the
category of «disciplinary and legal coercion» and analyzes the structure and grounds
for its application. Measures of disciplinary and legal coercion of military
personnel who committed an administrative offence are classified in accordance
with the author’s vision of the problems of the disciplinary and legal
coercion of servicemen. |
