Abstract

The urgent character of the investigation of issues connected with the formation of Russian borders and its south-eastern borders in particular is established in the article. The urgent character of the analysis of legal framework of creation of Orenburg fortified border line is considered in the article; methodological approach to investigation of the abovementioned issues is also analyzed. The historiography which gradually reflects the legal issues of border line history of Orenburg regions also analyzed, as well as the participation of the units which ensured security of the border line.
