Abstract |
The author considers the issue of
legal regulation of relations in ensuring security in the sphere of consumer
market on the basis of the analysis of constitutional and administrative
laws. The author comes to the conclusion that these relationships are complex
and multifaceted and require a comprehensive regulation, as well as combination
of means of civil, public, and legal regulation. |
