Abstract |
The article considers legal problems
of the realization of law-enforcement activity in modern conditions. Gaps
in legislation expressed in the absence of such juridical terms as
“law-enforcement activity” and “law-enforcement agencies” are revealed. Author’s own
view on the system of law-enforcement agencies is given; the role of
EMERCOM of Russia in the abovementioned
system is indicated. The author
analyzes statutory acts which regulate the law-enforcement activity; the urgent
character of the studied topic is argued. The author reveals the peculiarities
of law-enforcement activity of EMERCOM of Russia as the federal organ of
executive power which implements functions on development and implementation of
state policy, legal regulation, supervision and control. |
