Abstract

This article considers topical issues and problems of the unification of Russian Civil Law and harmonization of the civil law system of the EU in the system of interdisciplinary and international relations. Topical problems of codified system of Russian Civil Law and its further enhancement and development in international commercial relations are highlighted. Current legislative and theoretical problems in commercial relations with the application of foreign elements in Russia and their further approbation and adaptation are reviewed. The concept of adaptation of Judicial Power precedent in the Russian law is proposed, as well as the critique on the current draft of the legislation on the system of Arbitration Courts in the Russian Federation.
