Abstract |
On the example of modern statistics
on crime and crime detection level in the Russian Federation, propositions
on the improvement of special investigative legislation of the Russian
Federation are offered, considered, and justified, namely the Federal Law «On Special
Investigative Activities» in terms of use of special technical means intended for
surreptitious obtaining of information in order to regulate statutory acts, as
well as to bring legislation to standard
requirements, their active use by the executive
subdivisions of bodies of internal affairs, and to improve the
effectiveness of their implementation for solving special investigative tasks. |
