Abstract

The article considers issues connected with the preparation of witnesses and complainants for submission of evidence in court. Points of view of scientists are also analyzed. The author takes into account the necessity and the peculiarities of implementation of the adversarial principle and functions of the prosecutor who denies the arguments of the processualists who in their turn reckon that the preparation of witnesses and complainants for submission of evidence in court is possible. Hence, the author comes to the conclusion that the abovementioned actions are inadmissible if carried out by the public prosecutor and counsels for the prosecution.
