Abstract |
The article considers issues
connected with the preparation of witnesses and complainants for submission of
evidence in court. Points of view of scientists are also analyzed. The author takes
into account the necessity and the peculiarities of implementation of
the adversarial principle and functions of the prosecutor who denies the
arguments of the processualists who in their turn reckon that the preparation of
witnesses and complainants for submission of evidence in court is possible.
Hence, the author comes to the conclusion that the abovementioned actions are
inadmissible if carried out by the public prosecutor and counsels for the
prosecution. |
