Abstract

The article reveals the situational characteristics of the following stage of the investigation which takes an integrated (mixed) structural form (a problemconflict form). Investigator’s professional use of internal and external contradictions is essential for conflict resolution especially for conflicts which most frequently manifest themselves in connection with lodging of charges at later stages of investigations. The author defines several variants of a situational model characteristic of the following stage of the investigation of robberies and assaults committed by organized groups. Two most common situational variants of further investigation are also revealed.
