Abstract |
The article reveals the situational
characteristics of the following stage of the investigation which takes an
integrated (mixed) structural form (a
problemconflict form). Investigator’s professional
use of internal and external contradictions is essential for conflict resolution
especially for conflicts which most frequently manifest themselves in
connection with lodging of charges at later stages of investigations. The author
defines several variants of a situational model characteristic of the
following stage of the investigation of robberies and assaults committed by organized
groups. Two most common situational variants of further investigation
are also revealed. |
