Abstract |
In the article the author analyzes
the standards of the Strategy of state national policy till 2025 pointing out its
separate controversial points. Concepts introduced in the domestic legal
system are characterized from the positive side in particular and indicate the
beginning of a new stage in the development of national policies. At the same
time the author highlights the pitfalls of the strategy that enchains its
potential. In addition, in order to except the inconsistency the author suggests
unique description of some principles of state national policy. In the
conclusion the author makes a conclusion about the value of the Strategy not only
as an important conceptual statutory document, but also as an enforcement аct. |
