Abstract
The article considers the basic forms and general
organizational fundamentals
of interregional interparliamentary cooperation of
constituent units of
the Russian Federation. It analyzes the legal status
and functioning proceedings
of parliamentary associations of the regions of the
Russian Federation.
The article studies the notion of domestic
law-making model and the ability to
participate effectively in the development of
interregional parliamentary associations.
Special attention is paid to the legal status and
the effectiveness
of interregional agreements made by the legislative
(representative) bodies
of constituent units of the Russian Federation. The
article also contains conclusions
on the existing problems of modern interregional
interparliamentary
cooperation of constituent units of the Russian
Federation.
