Abstract |
The article considers constitutional risks connected
with the content and
implementation of constitutional provisions aimed at
ensuring ideological pluralism,
as well as the problematic issues of the correlation
between the constitutional
and state ideology. The author also analyzes the
notion of ideology,
problems of ideological character, ideological
functions of the Constitution of
the Russian Federation, and main ideological
priorities of a state. The article
characterizes constitutional risks connected with
the ban on the establishment
of state ideology, formal de-ideologization of a
state, the threat of substitution
of constitutional ideology with the state ideology
of ‘useful actions’ which justifies
the deviations of the current state policy from
constitutional value orientations,
as well as the constitutional risk connected with
the development of the
ideology of state paternalism. |
