Abstract

In this article the author analyses the state social provision in case of dis-ability in Switzerland and makes a comparison between Russian and Swiss systems. It is noted that the Swiss social security legislation demands a com-plex of conditions or legal facts constituting the complex legal composition. The author makes a conclusion that conditions of pension admission in case of disability stipulated by the Russian legislation are more “lenient”. At the same time it is noted that the Swiss pension provision in case of disability has several positive aspects which can be perceived by the Russian legislation.
