Abstract |
In this article the author analyses the state social
provision in case of dis-ability in Switzerland and
makes a comparison between Russian and Swiss
systems. It is noted that the Swiss social security
legislation demands a com-plex of conditions or
legal facts constituting the complex legal
composition. The author makes a conclusion that
conditions of pension admission in case of
disability stipulated by the Russian legislation are
more “lenient”. At the same time it is noted that
the Swiss pension provision in case of disability
has several positive aspects which can be perceived
by the Russian legislation. |
