Abstract

In administrative practice such thing as mistakes of applicant parties occurs quite often and has legal value. Government agencies do not always find out the true cause of the abovementioned errors sometimes bringing to responsibility follows immediately after the detection of errors without much investigation. Public bodies commence proceeding on administrative, tax and customs offenses in all types of errors which leads to excessive, unnecessary work of administrative bodies, and a great number of actions against the state authorities is put in a claim.
