Abstract

The article is devoted to the retrospective analysis of statutory acts which establish interdictions on movement of the goods which contain information harmful to population’s morality across the customs border. The Soviet and the post-Soviet periods of customs affairs are subjects to the analysis. Customs regulations of the abovementioned periods are compared; much attention is paid to the terminology applied in them. The author draws conclusions about problems of practical application of the abovementioned interdictions in the implementation of customs control.
