Abstract |
The article is devoted to the retrospective analysis
of statutory acts which
establish interdictions on movement of the goods
which contain information
harmful to population’s morality across the customs
border. The Soviet and the
post-Soviet periods of customs affairs are subjects
to the analysis. Customs
regulations of the abovementioned periods are
compared; much attention is
paid to the terminology applied in them. The author
draws conclusions about
problems of practical application of the
abovementioned interdictions in the
implementation of customs control. |
