Abstract |
The article analyses certain acts of
federal legislation, regulating the order of incurrence of ownership rights
for land plots, compliance with the constitutional norms of the Russian Federation,
connected with protection of ownership rights. Investigation of the recent
years’ law enforcement practice allows to claim that the usage of land plots
rights has serious difficulties. The work reflects just some of the aspects, connected
with the enforcement of ownership right for the plots of land and its
protection, as well as suggests certain ways of solving these problems. |
