Abstract |
In this article the author
considering the concept of public opinion, its
conception, the concept of the relation between
public opinion and law. Justifying topicality of the public opinion
studying in terms of constitutional law. The main form of expression that is social
control of citizens and in the law of manifestation. Develop the concept of evaluation of
the state authorities. Identified a range of key issues relating to
the criteria for assessing the activity of state bodies. Identified the need for
constitutional institute of public opinion in the political life of Russia. Identified
prospects for further development of the aboveinstitution, the proposals for its
implementation. |
