Abstract |
The article deals with determinants
of modern economic crime and its relationship to the raiding. Examines
criminological motivation of deviant economical behavior in the transition period.
Analyzed the reasons for forming a selective set of new economic crimes
and their impact on the criminalization of the economic system. Stand out
the mechanisms of interaction and interdependence of the shadow economy and raiding.
Revealed the problems of legal regulation and its impact on
the determinants of economic crime. Status of economic crime is considered as a
reflection of the economic, political and social processes taking place in
society.
