Abstract |
In the article the author considers
stipulated in the effective English law punishments, preventions and safety
measures, which cover application of the electronic control and
supervision towards offenders, alleged offenders, the persons served sentences, the
heightened dangerous for society persons. Discussed are the punishments not
supposing full isolation of convicted person from the society, their major
content, obligation of the person being served a sentence, preventions and safety
measures, requirements to his behavior and other legal restrictions for the
mentioned persons.
