Abstract |
In the article the today issue of
the day of administrative responsibility of mass medias is examined on the
legislation of Republic of Tadjikistan. According to Code of Republic of Tadjikistan
about administrative crimes administrative crimes mass medias come forward the
subject of that are distinguished in a separate group. The review of administrative crimes
is given in the article. Efficiency of selection of facilities to mass information is
estimated as the special subject of administrative crimes, and also
selection of separate group. |
