Abstract

The article considers the problem of minors’ prostitution in Russia. Taking into account a law enforcement practice there are reviewed the peculiarities of children’s involvement into prostitution, situations in which minors become victims of a pimp’s activity. The particularity of the publication is an accentuation of attention not on a criminally legal struggle against people who involve minors into prostitution what is a more traditional approach of going into the problem by various authors in their publications, but the administrative preventive measures directed on the prevention of facts of such involvement, there is done an attempt of developing the most optimal directions of the preventive work.
