Abstract

The article considers the legislation of the Russian Federation disciplinary action for violations of the rules in the field of information constituting a state secret. Having analyzed the provisions of labor law, regulations which form the legal basis for the civil service, as well as defining the legal status of officials holding public office of the Russian Federation and the subjects of the Russian Federation on the basis of which comes disciplinary responsibility for violations of the Russian legislation on state secrets. The types of disciplinary sanctions that may be imposed for such offenses. We studied the relevant legislation providing for the dismissal of the offender for violating state secrecy laws.
