Abstract

In a review of his thesis Darya Ivanovna Elkanovoy “The procedures of administrative supervision in the field of advertising”, shows the basic dignity of scientific research, with these remarks and wearing a special discussion and do not reduce the overall theoretical and practical significance of the work performed. Advertising in today’s economic reality is an important independent line. In this regard, the legal regulation of promotional activities, including the implementation of supervisory procedures concerning its legality are gaining in importance not only in the legislative sphere but also in social life in general. Review of the thesis Elkanova DI directly related to the main focus of the rule of law in advertising — the procedures of control and supervision.
