Abstract

The article deals with the constitutional and legal bases of the organization of state power in the Russian Federation. The author shows how the Russian Constitution fundamentally changed the political-territorial division of the country, greatly expanding the powers of the subjects of the Russian Federation, including — in the establishment and activities of their own public authorities. This article describes how to bring the power of a higher official of the subject of the Russian Federation. Analiziruyutsya provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the norms of the constitutions (charters), legislative powers of the subjects of the Russian Federation and the peculiarities of their manifestations in modern conditions.
