Abstract |
The paper analyzes the features of
the constitutional and legal regulation of the defense and protection of the
state border in the go-States being the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter the EAEC)
and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Proposed legal
framework for the protection of the State Border of the Russian Federation, highlighted
the general framework and features of the constitutional and legal regulation
in the sphere of protection of state borders, enshrined in the constitutions of
member gosudarstvah EAEC and CIS. |
