Abstract |
The article deals with the organizational and legal
aspects of a new municipal reform connected with the
establishment of new types of municipalities in the
Russian Federation, such as urban districts with
intracity division and intracity areas. The authors
estimate the content of the offered legislative
changes. They analyze the consequences of the reform
implemented at the federal level. The authors also
describe the possible consequences of the
accomplished transformations in the sphere of local
government. |
