Abstract |
The article is devoted to the analysis of such a
complex notion as jurisprudence which is often used
in legal theory and practice. Jurisprudence is a
word that is very often used nowadays, but it is not
studied thoroughly. The authors consider this notion
as a complex category, as a form of legal knowledge
objectivization. Jurisprudence has been absorbing
various information about the objects of research
during its development process, it has influenced
and continues to influence the emergence of new
institutes as well as development of the existing
legal institutions. Within this category the authors
single out scientific jurisprudence, practical
jurisprudence, educational jurisprudence,
jurisprudence philosophy and every day jurisprudence. |
