Abstract |
In the context of active development of market
relations and the domestic economy the need to
attract investment becomes obvious, which in turn
prompted the government to pay attention to such a
phenomenon as public private partnership. The public
private partnership gives businessmen a unique
opportunity to become partners of the state, and it
enables the state to solve socially important
problems at minimum cost and allows the participants
to derive mutual benefits. Today for the effective
use of this model a clear understanding of the
conceptual framework is required, due to the lack of
a unified view and a legislative definition of
public private partnership in Russia. |
