Abstract |
The article considers some issues of institutional
formulation and evolutionary development of the
system of arbitrazh courts from the perspective of
their constitutional role, the unity of the judicial
system of the Russian Federation and exercise of
judicial power as a type of state power. The
proposition about enhancing the efficiency of
justice, including economic, represents one of
cardinal conditions of the national development and
reduction of social tension. On the contrary, the
failure to settle disputes in a judicial procedure
leads to slowdown in the business development.
Besides, there is a risk of increasing the impact of
informal structures on the economy and the society
at large. |
Keywords |
judicial system, constitutional role
of arbitrazh courts, efficiency of economic justice. |
