Abstract

The article dwells on issues of investigating problematic issues of road traffic accidents the consequence of which was failure to give assistance to persons in danger. It considers features of committing and investigating these criminal offenses against the law enforcement officers who have a statutory duty to assist and help regardless of their position, location and time of day. The authors discuss features of classification of actions of such persons, means and ways of failure to give assistance to persons in danger, as well as methods of resistance from suspects (accused).
