Abstract

The article discusses and analyzes the problems of legal, organizational, and methodical nature of prevention and suppression of police offences committed in the sphere of family relations. It is noted that the administrative and legal regulation of police for the prevention and suppression of offences in the sphere of family relations is of complex multi-dimensional character: from the definition of the status of the persons registered with prevention authorities as allowing offences in the sphere of family relations to police activity in bringing to administrative responsibility for violations in this area. Pointing to a number of problems in the specified regulation the authors believe that in the administrative and legal regulation of this type of relationship there is a legal conflict expressed in formulating the disposition of provisions of the articles of the laws of 18 constituent units of the Russian Federation establishing administrative liability for violation of the rights of citizens in the sphere of domestic relations («family and household debauchery») without detailed consideration of provisions of statutory acts of the Russian legislation and the application of scientific knowledge and approaches.

Keywords

offences in the sphere of family relations, family and household debauchery, police, legal conflict in the legal and administrative regulation.
