The article discusses the possibility of using an integrative approach to the analysis of the causes and characteristics of the expression of constitutional of risks that characterize the external and internal causes of constitutional risks of modern Russia in conditions of reformation of international relations, examines the relationship between economic, political and other internal and external factors of constitutional risks, and analyzes the characteristics of value conflicts between Russia and the West and their influence on constitutional risks, as well as peculiarities of foreign policy functions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the risk of biased priorities of the implementation of constitutional provisions in the modern period.
