Abstract
The article raises the issue of the
admissibility of the creditor concessions of rights to third parties (claims)
under the contract of consumer credit (loan). The author also considers conditions
under which the possible failure of the borrower to obtain a loan, as well
as the failure of the lender to give the loan.
